Having been failed by another estate agent for a probate valuation, I went in and saw Ollie, he booked me in there and then and turned up early as well. He had prepared a pack for the house and those in the surrounding areas as well. His probate valuation was sent that afternoon and all with no charge. All in all a great and what felt like a personal service. Would highly recommend…thank you Ollie.

Flawless is the only we can describe Brock Taylor. From the ease of Peter to the absolute drive to do their best is incredible. Keith has been our champion, along side Angel. Keith met us at home, when we were deflated with other estate agents in the Horsham area, who seemed to promise everything and did not follow it through. Keith was open and honest with us. His approach was it did not matter if this was a 1 pound house or a million pound house. The detail he showed to us and understanding from day one was also evident. Angel was also amazing. At every problem, they dealt with it there and then. No waiting for the dreaded Friday afternoon update, they were on it. Thank you guys just pure perfection.

Brock Taylor are excellent to deal with. Keith looked after our requirements including viewings and putting us into contact with a great Mortgage Broker. I can't speak highly enough of Keith. He was very knowledgeable about the specifics of the property and gave us great advice. Highly recommended.

Brock Taylor have been incredibly efficient and helpful throughout our experience. Their response time has been excellent, and a big shout out to Kate for assisting us so promptly with the inventory process and being so hands-on. The whole team is fantastic, and Tom has also been great from beginning to end, supporting us every step of the way as we secured the property. Highly recommend!

Our experience using Brock Taylor as estate agents was superb. From second one they were attentive and took a very personlized approach. Luisa was our main point of contact and always took the time to keep us updated in what was drawn out sale thanks to issues beyond Brock Taylors control. Nevertheless Luisa and manager Stephen were on hand to deal with our daily check-ins. i would have no hesitation in recommending Brock Taylor to anyone looking to sell or buy a house, outstanding service, constant communication and when things get difficult, honest and clear explantion.

Liam and Luisa have been excellent, even in Liam’s last week he still treated us with upmost care and attention. We would like to thank them for all the support and advice they have been able to provide for us. As first time Buyers it’s a scary time with lots of uncertainty and unknowns but they were happy to help us with any questions and explain the whole process for us. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

Choosing an estate agent is a tricky thing, but I am so happy with my choice using Brock Taylor to sell. When they came to see the house they were well prepared with research and took so much care looking at my home and highlighting its features they were also very enthusiastic, which I saw all the way through the sales journey. Liam and Luisa were excellent all the way through, arranging viewings and their communication was top notch, always giving timely feedback and even checking in when there was no news, just to keep me in the loop - something which was really appreciated.Once I’d accepted an offer, Luisa acting as the dedicated sales progressor was so helpful. She kept everything moving and communicated with my onward purchase too - I always felt informed and she was always happy to answer my questions (which were numerous!) on several occasions she emailed me updates on her day off as she noticed them come in and didn’t want me to wait until her next day in the office, so kind and thoughtful.I don’t think the selling and buying of houses can ever be stress free, but the team at Brock Taylor did everything possible to make it as stress free/smooth a process as possible! I have no hesitation at all to recommend Brock Taylor in Haywards Heath if you are looking to move home.

As a first time buyer, the experience with Liam and Luisa was lovely! They provided timely updates and have made the whole house buying process easier. The team have been very friendly and responsive to any queries we had :)
