Meet the Team

Peter is one of the company's Directors and has a wealth of experience in the property industry, stretching back more than 30 years in London, Sussex, and the Home Counties. He has experience and expertise in residential sales and lettings, together with land, development, and the sale of new homes.

Peter lives in Mannings Heath with his wife Lucy and children: Archie, Harvey, and Sienna, in a house that they built on the site of a former bungalow. This experience has given him valuable insight into the pressures and obstacles of undertaking a self-build.

As a licensed member of the National Association of Estate Agents and an Associate of the Guild of Property Professionals, he always aims to provide the highest level of competence and professionalism and has taken the company to new heights of success, and collected a host of regional and national awards under his stewardship.

Lucy started her career as a letting agent in Farnham, Surrey after finishing college back in the Mid 1990's before a move to a market leading independant agent in Camberley, Surrey, where within a year she was promoted to Assistant Manager of their busy and sucessful Farnborough branch, where she enjoyed considerable success and achieved both her MARLA & FARLA accreditations and met her husband and Co-Director, Peter!
The family relocated to Horsham in 2007 when Peter took the position of Director of Brock Taylor, the family has since grown to 3 children -  who all attend local horsham schools and college, the family live locally in Mannings Heath and Lucy now divides her time between helping out at the Horsham Sales & Lettings offices aswell as working over in the Haywards Heath branch.  She has a flare for marketing and enjoys discussing new ideas for the company - being a part of the community spirit of Horsham & Haywards Heath is very important to her and as a company we sponsor lots of schools and charities-  we try to help as many as we can!  She enjoys keeping fit and yoga, having friends over, travelling (city breaks a particular favourite!)  walking with the families (rather large!) goldendoodle Chester in the beautiful countryside we are so lucky to have on our doorstep.

Liam has always lived within the Horsham district, growing up in Barns Green, this local knowledge affords him an in-depth understanding of the Horsham area and surrounding villages. He started his career in an Estate Agency in 2012 for a well respected corporate agency, and subsequently joined Brock Taylor in 2016 wanting to join an independant family run business where he passed his NAEA Technical Award. A proud moment was when he was awarded "Negotiator of the Year" at the Relocation Agent national conference in 2017. Liam was promoted to Office Manager, in 2023, in recognition of his excellent performance and progress, together with his indepth knowlege and high customer service standards. This was another demonstration of the company ethos to develop existing employees and offer promotion opportunities, as this provides far better staff longevity. Liam now lives in Horsham, just off Hills Farm Lane, with his partner Amy and their very lively children, in a house they bought in 2019, that they have subsequently updated & improved.  Liam has a keen interest in the local community and providing support to local good causes, that included him, founding the "Horsham Gets Naked"  charity calendar that raised over £2,000 for cancer research. One random fact about Liam is that he is a massive Harry Potter fan - belonging to the Ravenclaw House!  

Amy started her career in Estate Agency at the ripe old age of 18, straight after finishing college.

Amy has always worked in Lettings & enjoys the fast pace of the industry. Gaining a wealth of experience through her 12 years and having worked her way through the ranks, Amy is now a successful Manager working with a strong, knowledgeable, committed, and cohesive team.

Amy has lived in Horsham all her life and considers herself very much a home bird, loving the ever-developing and growing town.

She enjoys socialising with friends in Horsham and down in Hove, going out for fancy dinners, and a nice country pub.

Luisa joined the Brock Taylor family in April 2021 after 20 years in aviation, where she was fortunate enough to meet people from all walks of life, as well as many famous people.

Since joining as a viewing agent she has continued following her passion for delivering excellent customer service and has had the privilege to meet some wonderful people and see their beautiful homes.

She has also had the opportunity to immerse herself further into the community thanks to Brock Taylor sponsoring local events and charities, and following that, Luisa has been promoted to Community Coordinator, along with her viewing assistant role.

Luisa has lived in Lindfield with her husband and 4 children for 16 years and loves being part of the local community. In her spare time, she is out with her family - you might spot her on a nature walk or at a local event!

Suzanna joined Brock Taylor in 2013 after working for an independent letting agent in Crawley. After successfully running the Horsham Lettings branch, she is now based part-time in our Horsham and Haywards Heath branch having returned from maternity leave after welcoming her first child with her husband Matt.

Suzanna has lived in Horsham all her life and still enjoys the fast-paced rental market.

Suzanna is a qualified active member of ARLA and also an Associate of The Guild of Property Professionals.

Across the course of recent years, she has received many plaudits for the high standard of care and service that she offers her clients.

Ollie joined the team back in March 2022 - a local lad having grown up in Southwater and attending local schools he knows the area extremley well, and was keen to start a career in property. Since he joined us he has shown a real passion for his role within the company. He is known for his professionalism and kindness and loves finding people their new home.  When not in the office he enjoys socialising with friends and fancy holidays with his partner Emily.  He is a keen footballer and plays 6 aside for a local Horsham team and takes a keen interest in Horsham Town and their success - like our director Peter he supports Chelsea - but please don't hold that against him!

Lucy joined Brock Taylor as Branch Administrator in August 2017 after a lengthy career in the public housing sector. Her experience within the housing sector includes working in Customer Services, Finance, Leasehold Management, Sales, and Lettings.

Lucy has lived and worked in the Horsham area for more than thirty years and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Sarah has extensive experience in the role of sales progressor, Sarah initially joined us as a sales negotiator in 2014 after starting her career working in the Virgin lounge gaining excellent customer service skills. After gaining more experience subsequently became our sales progressor, helping hundreds of people move in and around the Horsham area. Sarah then relocated to Angmering, got married and expanded her family.  We are extremely fortunate that Sarah has rejoined our friendly team, and she is not the first member of staff to come back to us! She brings with her a wealth of experience and relishes providing a high level of customer service. Having also grown up within the local area Sarah also has a great understanding of local properties. When not working she enjoys spending time with her lovely young family.

Jemma started her career doing payroll and accounts and then moved into Property accounts, she originally worked for us back in 2011- 2014 until she left to start her family.  A move back to her native Wales followed where she now lives with her husband and two lively little boys! Luckily for us she came back to us when our lettings account manager retired and now handles all the lettings accounts from her office in Wales - we were over the moon to get her back in the team as I am sure our landlord's would agree her attention to detail and methodical work practices keep everything running smoothly! When time allows, she is also a qualified nail technician and loves spending time with her family and springer spaniel Beau out in the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside.

Liam joined the team in November 2023 – local to the area of Haywards Heath he grew up here from the age of 10. Attending schools in Cuckfield and college in Horsham he has a good knowledge of the area and was wanting to kickstart a career in the property market having spent most of his working life in customer facing retail jobs. Liam is known for his professionalism, consideration and patience. When not in the office you can find Liam making plans with his partner, Imogen, at the gym and watching football. Like lots of Sussex lads, Liam supports a local team, Manchester United!  and will be making another trip to Old Trafford this year as a gift from his partner.

Simon is an extremely experienced property manager, he’s worked in the local area here, although has spent most of his career working in London, for several leading agents. We’re very excited about Simon joining our team and the depth of knowledge and professionalism that he brings with him and are sure that he will quickly be an asset to the team.
