Lucy Maskell MARLA
DirectorLucy started her career as a letting agent in Farnham, Surrey after finishing college back in the Mid 1990's before a move to a market leading independant agent in Camberley, Surrey, where within a year she was promoted to Assistant Manager of their busy and sucessful Farnborough branch, where she enjoyed considerable success and achieved both her MARLA & FARLA accreditations and met her husband and Co-Director, Peter!
The family relocated to Horsham in 2007 when Peter took the position of Director of Brock Taylor, the family has since grown to 3 children - who all attend local horsham schools and college, the family live locally in Mannings Heath and Lucy now divides her time between helping out at the Horsham Sales & Lettings offices aswell as working over in the Haywards Heath branch. She has a flare for marketing and enjoys discussing new ideas for the company - being a part of the community spirit of Horsham & Haywards Heath is very important to her and as a company we sponsor lots of schools and charities- we try to help as many as we can! She enjoys keeping fit and pilates, having friends over, travelling (city breaks a particular favourite!) walking with the families (rather large!) goldendoodle Chester in the beautiful countryside we are so lucky to have on our doorstep.
Kate Ellery
Property Manager'Real Estate Kate' as she likes to be known has been working in the industry for 3 years at a respected Estate Agent in her native Cornwall. She decided to relocate to Horsham area to be with her partner a pilot based out of Gatwick, and had already decided she wanted to work at Brock Taylor- knowing they had similar industry accreditations and award winning ways as her previous company! Kate loves working in lettings and building relationships with clients, and looking after both tenants and landords, offering an excellent personal service - aswell as this role in the company she is passionate about anything social media and hosting and editing property videos. Outside of the office Kate is a keen runner - taking part in the London Marathon this year - and spending time with her partner walking and cycling in the countryside near her new home.
Suzanna Harley MARLA
Senior Lettings ConsultantSuzanna joined Brock Taylor in 2013 after working for an independent letting agent in Crawley. After successfully running the Horsham Lettings branch, she is now based part-time in our Horsham and Haywards Heath branch having returned from maternity leave after welcoming her first child with her husband Matt.
Suzanna has lived in Horsham all her life and still enjoys the fast-paced rental market.
Suzanna is a qualified active member of ARLA and also an Associate of The Guild of Property Professionals.
Across the course of recent years, she has received many plaudits for the high standard of care and service that she offers her clients.
Jemma Harry
Lettings AccountsJemma started her career doing payroll and accounts and then moved into Property accounts, she originally worked for us back in 2011- 2014 until she left to start her family. A move back to her native Wales followed where she now lives with her husband and two lively little boys! Luckily for us she came back to us when our lettings account manager retired and now handles all the lettings accounts from her office in Wales - we were over the moon to get her back in the team as I am sure our landlord's would agree her attention to detail and methodical work practices keep everything running smoothly! When time allows, she is also a qualified nail technician and loves spending time with her family and springer spaniel Beau out in the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside.
Simon Jervis
Property ManagerSimon is an extremely experienced Property Manager, he has many years of expertise in Property Management and Block Management - over decades in the industry working for well respected agents in London aswell as more locally for a large Estate and Management company before joining our team. The depth of his knowledge and professionalism is a great asset to our well established team here. He is also a lovely friendly person and family man - living in Horsham with his wife and daughter- outnumbered by the ladies at home and in the office! When not working and spending time with his family you will find him at the Broadfield football stadium in Crawley, where he has a very important role of providing audio descriptive commentary for the blind and visually impaired fans - although based there, he has commentated on a few bigger games most notably at the Emirates Staduim in London and out in Spain for the Womens champions league final between Barcleona and Lyon!
