Peter Maskell

Peter started his career in estate agency in the turbulent 1980s property market, initially working for a number of estate agents in and around Woking, Surrey. He later managed a series of offices in South West London, including a flagship office on The Broadway in Wimbledon, SW19. He subsequently moved back to the Woking area but then managed offices in Woking, Addlestone & Staines before moving to Hampshire, where he worked for Romans, successfully running their 5th office in Farnborough for a number of years. In 2007 Peter had the opportunity to acquire Brock Taylor, with a business partner, but now runs the company with his wife Lucy. Since taking over Brock Taylor the company has grown significantly and has won, over 40 regional and national awards, including being voted the UK's best small estate agency, on three occasions, by The Negotiator Awards. Peter has extensive experience working in all aspects of estate agency, including residential sales & lettings, together with both land & new homes, and has even built his own house, where he still lives, with Lucy, their three children and Chester the Goldern Doodle, in Mannings Heath.  Peter is based between the Horsham & Haywards Heath Ofices, and with his in-depth experience is ideally placed to assist in all aspects of property related matters.
