Preparing Your Home for a Successful Autumn Sale
Selling your home in autumn can be a rewarding endeavor, as the season brings its unique charm and potential buyers looking for a cozy place to settle in before winter....
This popular village is set around 9 miles South East of Horsham and boasts a large recreation green at its centre, that is home to Cowfold FC, with the historic St Peter’s Church and its churchyard - believed to date back to the 13th century - in the heart of the village. In recent years the village has been expanded by sympathetic development and now boasts a full range of property types, from modest flats and terraced houses, right through to larger detached dwellings. These properties benefit from good facilities with Co-Op having opened a large convenience store in 2015. Unfortunately, the village post office closed in the same year, although there is still a village pub, The Hare & Hounds, an Indian restaurant cosily squeezed into one of the village’s oldest buildings, a well-stocked CoOp convenienience store and Cowfold C of E Primary school.
With its position midway between Horsham & Haywards Heath the village offers good access to both towns and their respective train stations and road networks. However, the M23 is a short drive from the village with its direct access to Brighton, Gatwick and beyond.
