Southwater area guide

Southwater is a large village to the south of Horsham town centre. Being slightly on the outskirts has made the cost of buying property there slightly more competitive, but access to Horsham is still easy – you can leave your house, drive to town and find a parking space all in less than 10 minutes. Southwater boasts a popular country park with a dinosaur themed park and a boating lake. The village centre has been redeveloped and alongside a range of shops you will find 3 pubs close the centre.
