Mannings Heath area guide

This is a popular, well heeled village set approximately 2 miles South East of the town centre, with a regular bus service to Horsham, that also heads south to Brighton and stops at numerous villages in between. In fact, we know just how popular this village can be as three members of our team actually live there, so feel free to ask us for a true “local” view of living there.

As a village it does tick a lot of boxes, with an attractive village green, where cricket has been played since 1840, that now hosts “The Nutters” cricket team on Sundays, as well as some lovely children’s and social events during the summer too. For golfers they are in for a treat as Mannings Heath Golf & Wine Estate is regarded as one of the UK’s best, but least well-known golf courses.The Golf Course also hosts regular events, and a lovely restaurant and bar, that is open to local residents. 

The village also has its own convenience store, set in the garage, that is open extended hours, as well as an Anglican church.
