15–love as Brock Taylor scores at Property Awards...again

This pretty village is positioned around 4 miles north of Horsham and a similar distance from Crawley town centre too. By being set midway between these two large towns there are a wealth of facilities set almost on your doorstep, with a choice of stations all within easy driving distance that include: Horsham, Crawley, Three Bridges, Ifield & Faygate!
The centre of the village boasts a number of attractive, historic buildings, together with St Mary Magdalene C of E Church, that at 406 ft. occupies the highest point in West Sussex! The village also has a football pitch and public tennis courts, with access to hundreds of acres of beautiful countryside ideal for long Sunday walks, potentially followed by a visit to one of the 4(!) pubs in the village. If you do manage to visit each of these pretty country pubs then it may be best to book yourself into Ghyll Manor, a 17th century Manor House, now Hotel that is also set within the heart of the village.
Rusper also has its own golf club, unsurprisingly named Rusper Golf club, with Ifield Golf club also set just along the road, both of which offer testing private courses. The area also has excellent equestrian facilities with a number of livery yards in and around the village and some truly spectacular bridle ways for hacking.
